Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Quest app and the services offered through it: remittance collection, bill payments, Vitality medical aid tools, Quest Travel, the Quest Traveller Prepaid Visa, Quest Micro Finance account views and Quest Rewards.

You must give accurate information and keep your phone and one-time codes private. Quest may ask you to verify your identity before you use some services.

Points have no cash value except as described in the Rewards rules shown in the app. Quest may change earn rates and the rewards catalogue with notice in the app.
